Setup & Water Connection

1. Position and fill the plunge. Place the tub and chiller in the intended location and fill the tub with a garden hose to the recommended water level.
2. Connect the system. Attach the supplied quick-connect hoses and filtration components according to the manufacturer's setup instructions. No permanent plumbing connection is required.
3. Power on and set your temperature. Connect the chiller to the required dedicated circuit, select the desired temperature, and use the app for remote control or scheduled operation.

The plunge uses a push-button gravity drain with a rear drain nozzle for water removal.

Maintenance

Clean the washable mesh pre-filter regularly and replace the 20-micron cartridge filter approximately monthly, depending on use and water conditions. Routine filtration and water care help maintain system performance and water quality.

Shipping & Delivery

Free standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. Large units may ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, remote-area destinations, white-glove service, and other special delivery requirements may involve additional charges. The system typically ships within 1–2 business days, with delivery timing varying by destination and carrier scheduling.

Manufacturer Warranty

This product includes a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal operation during intended residential or commercial use.

For an eligible warranty claim, Revive Plunge may repair the affected component or provide replacement parts. Replacement components may be new or refurbished to manufacturer specifications.

Warranty coverage does not include damage or failures resulting from improper installation, electrical supply issues, freezing or unsuitable environmental conditions, improper water treatment or maintenance, normal wear and aging, or misuse. Accessories, filters, and other consumable items are not covered. Labor and third-party contractor costs associated with warranty service are also excluded.

Warranty claims may require photos or video, a description of the issue, and completion of manufacturer-requested troubleshooting before repair or replacement is authorized.

Returns & Cancellations

Eligible unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
